This prestigious commercial office building is located in the heart of downtown Seattle on Lenora and 9th Avenue. The architect was looking to incorporate the warmth of natural stone with a modern finish into this building. Gray gold was a great fit, and besides from having the required look, it is also suitable for the extreme weather conditions of Seattle.
