Chestnut Building. Chicago, IL (2004)

This elegant luxury condominium is located on Chestnut Avenue in the lively Downtown Chicago. The design is based on floor to ceiling windows for the apartments and the architect was therefore looking to incorporate a subtle but yet stylish and classy material for the exterior cladding of the tower. The Ramon Grey limestone fell in this description and aside from having the required elegance for such a luxurious project, it is also suitable for the extreme weather conditions of Chicago.
