Project

Beit Avi Chay, Jerusalem (2007)

This unique project, is a cultural center that works to bring together the different cultures and their different ways of thinking. The building is located in the heart of Jerusalem and was designed by the well-known and respectable architect, Ada Karmi. During the diggings of the parking lot of this project it appeared that it was built on a beautiful layer of Jerusalem red stone. The initiators of this project have joint ventures with us to open a quarry in the center of the city which allowed us to quarry Jerusalem Red blocks. These blocks were then cut and polished at our factory into 30 cm by Random length tiles which were used for the pavers of all of the office and public areas in the building.
