This magnificent establishment is located on top of Mount Scopus, one of the most spectacular areas in Jerusalem, perhaps in the world. The designing architects of this project, David Reznik & Franklin T. (Frank) Ferguson, decided to go for the Ramon Cream limestone in a rough chiseled finish for the exterior wall cladding and 10x10cm tiles of the Ramon Grey in a fine chiseled finish for the exterior paving area. These chiseled finishes, produced in a similar fashion to that of two thousand years ago along with the wall arches, maintain the ancient feel of the city and blend harmoniously with the scenic mountain surrounding.
